I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered a large and clean room, perfect for accommodating my luggage. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and provided great assistance during my visit. However, the dining options were quite basic and could use some improvement. The location was decent, but it's a bit far from the train station, which was slightly inconvenient.

Rooms

The room was large enough for me and my four big bags, featuring a tatami floor and comfortable futon beds. It was a little old but very clean and well-kept.
Service

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated receiving a personal kimono to wander the onsens, and they were always ready to assist with any requests.

While the hotel is off the main onsen street, making it a bit less convenient, it still has a lovely river view. It’s not too close to the train station, which was a minor downside.
Dining

The dining experience was quite plain; breakfast consisted mainly of bread and coffee, which left a lot to be desired.

The hotel offered a free pass to all seven onsens in town, enhancing my overall experience. However, I felt a bit limited by the basic breakfast setup.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms had a fantastic view over the river and were quite comfortable, but they didn’t quite meet my expectations compared to other places I’ve stayed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making my first visit to Kinosaki a pleasant experience. The location, while nice, was a bit further from the train station than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few things could use improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with amazingly clean rooms and super friendly service. The location is a bit away from the main attractions but still convenient. The free pass to the local onsens was a fantastic bonus. However, the breakfast options were not very appealing, so that could definitely use some improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which had very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and provided personal kimono for walking around the onsens, which was a nice touch. The location is a bit far from shops and public baths but not too inconvenient. On the downside, the dining was a little bland, but overall, it was decent value for money.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. It's spacious, and I loved the three separate sections in our room, plus the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. The location was a bit off the main street, which wasn't super convenient, and the breakfast could use some excitement, but overall, it was a good value for the price.

Rooms

The room was large enough to accommodate me and my four big suitcases. I appreciated the separate sections, including a nice tea room with a lovely view. Plus, we received a free pass to all seven onsens in town!

The service was excellent! The staff, especially the ladies who helped with dinner and breakfast, were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist even walked out to say goodbye, which I really appreciated.
Location

The hotel is a little bit far from the main onsen street and the train station, but everything else was good. It's away from the busy streets, making it a quiet spot, and only a 10-minute walk to the JR Station.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit plain; the breakfast options were not very filling and lacked variety. It didn't leave a lasting impression.
Facilities

While the hotel had the basics covered, I wish there were more amenities to enhance the stay. It felt a bit lacking in variety.
