I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered a large and clean room, perfect for accommodating my luggage. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and provided great assistance during my visit. However, the dining options were quite basic and could use some improvement. The location was decent, but it's a bit far from the train station, which was slightly inconvenient.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms had a fantastic view over the river and were quite comfortable, but they didn’t quite meet my expectations compared to other places I’ve stayed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making my first visit to Kinosaki a pleasant experience. The location, while nice, was a bit further from the train station than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few things could use improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with amazingly clean rooms and super friendly service. The location is a bit away from the main attractions but still convenient. The free pass to the local onsens was a fantastic bonus. However, the breakfast options were not very appealing, so that could definitely use some improvement.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. It's spacious, and I loved the three separate sections in our room, plus the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. The location was a bit off the main street, which wasn't super convenient, and the breakfast could use some excitement, but overall, it was a good value for the price.
